Kevin Anthony Cooper son of the late Charles Budd, Sr. and Ella Cooper, entered eternal rest on Thursday, August 6, 2018.
Growing up with four siblings and a cherished step-mother, the late Rosetta Budd of Frederick, Maryland, Kevin was born on November 22, 1966 in Bethesda, Maryland. Kevin was educated in the Frederick County School System.
In younger years, he was a shy person, as he got older he loved the outdoors. He always enjoyed helping others, doing handy work, talking and just “shooting the breeze”. His passion was art and math, always telling his son, as well his nephews and nieces to stay in school and learn your lesson. He also enjoyed helping with homework.
With a smile, and a look in his eye, he was always as positive as possible and upbeat. He seemed to always want to encourage you to do well, whatever the circumstances. He attended church occasionally with family and friends and enjoyed it.
Kevin was the most straightforward person you would ever want to meet. He was a very devoted person to family and friends. He would gladly give the last dollar he had in his pocket to anyone. Kevin was fun to be around, especially at holiday dinners, cookouts, and he enjoyed watching his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys.
Kevin leaves to cherish his memory, son David, who he had with great friend, the late Christine Gravelly. Special friend; Janeen Curtis, who he introduced as his wife; three sisters, Estelle Thompson, Cynthia Cooper, and Janet Budd; one brother, Charles E. Cooper and one brother-in law Emanuel Thompson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
We love you, but God loves you best!
