She was devoted to attending Mount Jezreel Baptist Church in Silver Spring, Maryland until her health no longer permitted.

Memories of her will also be cherished by Uncle Lloyd Burruss, Aunt Marie Christmas, Godson Jeremiah Dupree Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many other loving relatives and friends.  She will truly be missed by her loving, caring and fury friend Xuxa P. Henderson, “The Cat.”
