Regina Denise Washington

In loving memory of our beloved Regina Denise Washington, born March 5, 1959 and deceased July 5, 2019.  Regina was preceded in death by her grandparents, Wynonia Misenheimer, Pamer Misenheimer, John Washington, and Louise Washington; her parents Wilbur Washington and Georgia Mae Griffin Washington Sewell; uncles Richard Young, Dewey Young, and Alfred Washington; and aunts Georgeanna Young, Maggie Young Thomas, and Virgie Young Sutton.  There are too many cousins to mention them all, but very close in her life were these cousins who preceded her in death, George Tillman, Shirley Tillman, Mamie Cannon, Gloria Crayton, and Dewey Young Jr.  She is survived by an uncle, John Washington, an aunt Lynette Young; and as with decedents numerous cousins.  Please note among those John Washington, Laverne Washington, Michael Washington, Valerie Taylor, Rosslyn Young, Vendetta Coward, James Cannon, Dexter Tillman, Benjamin Bizell, Kevin Harrisson, Duane Young, and Anthony Jennings.

Her thoughtfulness, kindness, generosity, humor, and wit endeared Regina to all who knew and loved her.  Those colleagues at Quest Diagnostics where she was employed, and her multitude of friends were blessed by her strength of character, loyalty, and positive spirit.  Geena was a beautiful person.  May she rest in peace.
