Stephen Frazier Obituary

Stephen Alexander Frazier, affectionately known as "Stebo" or "Scoop", entered into the presence of the Lord on Tuesday, October 23, 2018.

Stephen was born to Stephanie Frazier and Wayne Scott, on Februury 10, 1998, in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

He grew up in Rockville, Maryland and was educated in the Montgomery County Public School system. He also attended the Potomac Job Corps Center in Washington, DC where he received his GED and participated in the Pharmacy Tech Program.

Stephen had a great love for basketball. He played for several county leagues including Potomac Job Corps. The family was able to witness him play at Tilden High School with his job corps team. His strong desire and goal was to make it to a Pro Team. He made it to the All Starts Pro Team of Jesus Christ.

On July 13, 2008 he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. On July 27, 2008 he was baptized and joined the Inter-Denominational Church of God under the leadership of Pastor Emeritus Phillip W. Davis., Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memories his devoted mother, Stephanie Frazier; father, Wayne Scott; siblings Ashley Frazier, Robert Shirley, Ryan Scott, Sr. (Lisa), Donelle, Lillian, Charlie, Tajha, India, and Lil Wayne; grandmother Sharon; aunts Kimberly Boomer (Redmond) and Lynne Scott; uncle Anthony Frazier; great aunts, Rae Coleman (Webster), Saundra Jackson, Carolyn Gordon, and Barbara Dixon; nephews, Braylon Evans, Jahzai Scott, and Ryanna Scott; best friend, Shy; and a host of other family and friends. 

Stephen was preceded in death by his grandfathers Edward Frazier and Louis Scott.
