Ann Elizabeth Plummer, 75, of Germantown, Maryland, peacefully transitioned on February 17, 2026.
Born in Sandy Spring–Olney, Maryland, to late Louis Webster and Genevieve DeMar, Ann’s life was defined by faith, family, and service. She spent part of her childhood in the Bronx, New York, before returning to Maryland, where she built her career and remained devoted to her community.
A faithful member of Goshen United Methodist Church, Ann served on the Communion Usher Board with dedication. She worked more than 30 years at Giant Food and later served as a paraeducator with Montgomery County Public Schools.
Ann was married to Paul Plummer for 55 years, and together they built a life centered on love and family. She was thoughtful, generous, and deeply devoted to those she loved, especially her late daughter, Katrina Ann Chavers, and her cherished grandchildren and great-grandson.
Ann will be remembered for her quiet strength, compassion, and unwavering faith. Her legacy lives on in the many lives she touched.
