Anthony Andrew Pratt

Anthony Andrew Pratt was born December 18th, 1960. He was the youngest of six children born to Elizabeth Dudley: William Dudley, JoCarol, Dorothy, Walter Pratt, and Mary Langley.

His mother Elizabeth, brothers, William and Walter, and sister Dororthy predeceased him.

Antony spent his early years in Brooklyn, New York with his aunt and uncle Eddie and Mary Council. He attended elementary school in Brooklyn, and later returned to continue his education in Harlem, New York where he began his adult life and became known as “Pratt” to his many friends. Including that one special friend, Liz Johnson.  As life would have it, they lost contact for 30 years, but then reconnected on social media, rekindled their love, and he moved to the state of Maryland where they married on January 4th, 2018

Anthony was a kind and thoughtful man, friend, and family member who loved his sports, enjoyed a laugh and a good joke.

He is survived by his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Pratt, stepson Corey Johnson, sister Mary, brother-in-law Sam Langley, niece Raechelle Langley, nephew Timothy Langley. He is also survived by nephews James, Terrel, Terry Spearman, Khalic, Theodore Taylor, and Shawn Haynes as well as a host of cousins in Virginia, and great nieces and nephews in New York City and Vermont.

He is now in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior and at Peace.
