Born November 1, 1937, in Howard County, Maryland and departed February 20th, 2026. 88 years of experience on this planet defined as a gentleman.

Charles leaves behind five children: Charles Anthony, Jonathan Edward, Ledora Yvette, Judith Ann, and Orlando Earl Dorsey. Eight grandchildren: Lawerence, Melissa. Dondre, Christopher, Candace, Catelyn, Dominique, and Devin. Six great grandchildren, Landon, Brendon, Chamille, Clavin, Elyjah, and Aluna.

He worked for Calvert County School Systems from 1965-2000/2002.
