Frances Charlene Wells was born February 23, 1945 to the late Guy & Vivian Alexander. She departed her life on Thursday, September 15, 2022, At Holy Cross Hospital of Silver Spring Maryland.
Preceding in her death her husband William Russell Wells Sr, Her brothers Maurice, Thorpon, Hughneil, Kenneth and Richard, Sisters Claralbell, Edith and Pauline.
She also leaves behind 3 children Winifred Wells, William Wells Jr & Tia Wells and her life partner Jerome Barnes. She leaves behind 1 sister Marian Brown of Fairfield, 9 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild Gianni Burgess. Along with a host of cousins, friends and Colleagues.
