Kimberly Melissa Ware, eldest daughter of the late Judge Thaddeus V. Ware and Doretha Lee Ware, departed this life on March 29, 2026, at White Oak Adventist Hospital in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Kim was born on July 26, 1963, at Providence Hospital in Washington, DC. At an early age, she attended Cannon Road Elementary School and was a graduate of Springbrook High School in Silver Spring.

As a teenager, Kim joined Colesville United Methodist Church, where she enjoyed and participated in many church activities.

After high school, she enrolled in an undergraduate program at Towson University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Shortly after college, Kim was employed by the United States Federal Government where she worked for over 33 years at two agencies; Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and Office of the Comptroller.

Her hobbies included traveling locally and abroad, attending the theater, watching movies, and playing pickleball with friends.

Kim was preceded in death by her father, Judge Thaddeus V. Ware.

She is survived by her mother, Doretha Lee Ware; sister, Chrystal Ware; uncle, Raymond Lee; aunt, Ruth Holst; and many cousins and friends.
