Maria Magdalena Leiva De Ventura was born on September 19, 1966 in El Salvador to Francisco Gilberto Ayala Gamez and Juana del Carmen Leiva de Ayala. Magdalena has been a Rockville resident for 30 years. On March 29th, Magdalena Ventura (Age 54) gained her angel wings.
Magdalena worked over 20 years for Marriott. She was always passionate about her work and motivated others by showing care, compassion and by the amount of love and hard work she showed and put into her daily task duties. She had many restless days of working long hours to make ends meet for her family. Her work ethic was out of this world. Magdalena was a beautiful person who would give her last and never expected anything in return. She loved to put others first before herself. She had the most beautiful smile that could light up a room, and she was the kind of person who accepted anyone regardless of their flaws because she always saw the good in people. Magdalena is an inspiration to all, for the big heart that she had. Her biggest pride and joy were her grandchildren! There wasn't anything she would not do or give to make sure they had what they needed and what they wanted. If you ask her, they were "my babies". Magdalena loved playing her music loud while dancing with her grandchildren. She loved walking to Starbucks with her mom and grandchildren to get some coffee and donuts and she definitely loved shopping. She was someone who loved outings and just enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Drives to the beach was what she loved the most!
Magdalena will be tremendously missed by all of her family and friends. Magdalena is survived by (spouse) Jose , (children) Magdalena , Ridis , Steve , Betsy (son in-law) Jerrald , (grandchildren) Evonte, Jazmine, Brienna, Mya, Xavier, (parents) Beto and Juana, (siblings) Mauricio, Paty and Roberto.
Although she is not physically here with us anymore, she lives in our hearts and memories that we cherish and will hold on to for the rest of our lives. There are never enough words that can fill the hole that one feels when losing a loved one. We now have a beautiful angel watching overtop of us smiling.
