Michael James Brown

Michael (Mike) James Brown departed this earth on January 7, 2022 at the age of 54. He was born in Bronx, New York to Jane and the late Willie Brown. Michael received his education in the Montgomery County Maryland Public School System where he graduated from Gaithersburg High School. After receiving his education, he worked for Comcast Corporation for several years. 

To know Michael is to love him. He loved to talk about sports and his family. He enjoyed coaching his children as well others in many sports activities, especially football.  He will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him. 

Michael was a faithful friend and a devoted family man.  He was preceded in death by his daughter Yasmine Brown. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Jane Wright (Cedric); three sons, Michael, Desmond and Aaron; four grandchildren, Jiyna, Amri, Zoe and Xavier; two sisters Latanya and Jacquetta; nephews, his best friend/brother Fred Branch and a host of other family and friends.

The number of persons that will be able to attend the funeral service is limited. Please check with the family before coming to the service. Masks are required. Each adult will need to sign a COVID Waiver Form affirming they have not had any COVID related symptoms or been in contact with anyone with COVID in the last 2 weeks.
