Paulette Teresa Williams was born into a family, where the values of love, perseverance, and togetherness were instilled from an early age. Raised with strong family traditions, she grew up surrounded by encouragement and support, forming the foundation for the caring and resilient woman she would become.
Her childhood was spent in the close-knit community of Lyttonsville (Linden) in Silver Spring, Maryland, located in Montgomery County. Her upbringing played a significant role in shaping her values and character.
Education and Career
Lady graduated from Montgomery Blair High School. Shortly after, driven by a passion for beauty and service, she pursued further studies at La Wonda Beauty School, earning her cosmetology license in 1966. After achieving this milestone, Lady embarked on a notable career at the Chesapeake and Potomac (C&P) Telephone Company. Through dedication and perseverance, she built a professional legacy, working diligently for over 30 years until her well-earned retirement in the year 2000.
Motherhood and Grandmotherhood
In 1986, Lady welcomed her daughter Starla, embracing motherhood with unwavering love and commitment. Her family grew further with the arrival of her beloved grandchildren, Genesis in 2006 and Justice in 2011. This home became a cherished sanctuary, where she resided with her late mother, Lottie Wise, and her daughter, Starla. Paulette was also known for her generous spirit and her caring nature. She especially loved to spoil her grandchildren, Genesis and Justice, eagerly anticipating Christmas shopping and sending large boxes filled with trinkets, toys, and special finds.
