Ronald Roy Grant, Sr.

Ronald Roy Grant Sr. departed his life on Monday, May1, 2024 at the age of 65. Ronald was born August 7, 1958, at Montgomery General Hospital. He attended Montgomery County Public School system where he played basketball through-out his high school years.

Ronald was known to others as "Fella" and "Dude." Fella went on to work in the Construction field. While on his free time he loved taking multiple trips to the Zoo, eating out at buffets, DJing at events and Run DMC was one of his favorite rap groups, spending time with his grandchildren, great nieces and nephews! Dude loved the Kids! When you saw Dude, he was always color coordinated from head to toe, even down to his watch. Even through his ups and downs he remained the same until the end.

He leaves to cherish his father Rayfield Grant, devovated daughter Schelay Grant, 3 sons Ronald Roy Grant Jr, Torray Grant, and Craig Grant, 5 granddaughters, 7 grandsons, 3 sisters Laura "Boop" Duvall, Della Grant, Mary "Ann" Washington, 3 brothers, Norman "Pie" Duvall, Phillip Grant, Wayne "Sylvester" Snowden, 2 Uncles Isaac Grant, Stephen Lancaster, a host of nieces and nephews and family. He was preceded in death, his mother Evelyn Jane Grant, brothers Craig Grant, Donald Grant, sisters Brenda Grant, Delores Snowden, 1 nephew Jaymar Jones, grandmother Edith "Eda Babe" Johnson, Nonor Lou Grant, grandfather's George Johnson and Norman Lancaster.
