Shaheem Antonio Johnson

Shaheem Antonio Johnson known as “Shy” has earned his wings and now has entered the gates of heaven in the presence of the almighty God on Saturday November 14, 2020. He was born to mother, Frances Johnson (Pearson) and father, Therlo Jones on November 21,1997 at Shady Grove Hospital Rockville, Maryland. He received his education in the Montgomery County Public School system.

He loved the game of basketball and played at Seneca Valley High School and several county leagues with the Moco Warriors. I thank Coach Eddie for not only being a mentor but a father figure that helped my son to become a better man. He also played football at Seneca Valley High School for Coach Fred Kim who was another influential figure who inspired and motivated my son with discipline, and that sports was just as important as education.

Shaheem was a young activist, born leader and great rap artist that reached many leaving a major impact on the community, and the world he had yet to encounter. His posture he stood as a man of God, fearless even unto death. His last breath inspired those who knew him, and that the sky's the limit if you want it then you can have it. His story does not end here. The beginning of a new chapter that will never be shown in the history books or televised for the world to see, but written in heaven of all the great deeds my son performed before reaching his permanent destination. He fought a good fight and still came out winning living his best life in paradise.

He was preceded in death by his great grandmother Frances Scott ; great grandfather Thomas Pearson and best friend Stephen Alexander Frazier known as scoop both now can be together for eternity (RIH).
