Vivian Campbell Obituary

Vivian Mae Campbell departed this life very peacefully on January 9, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Isabel Simpson and Albert Butler.

Vivian was educated in the Montgomery County School Public School System. She graduated in 1951 from Lincoln High School. She later went on to join the staff of Montgomery County Public School System as a teacher's assistant. After leaving the school system she took on various jobs testing her hand at a little of everything. She finally retired in 2003.

Vivian enjoyed retirement by watching soap operas. She really enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed bus trips and it didn't matter where the bus was going, she was on it! In her later years she conquered her fears of technology by playing, texting, and taking pictures on her iPhone, which she did until her passing.

She leaves to mourn and cherish her memories, her daughter Patricia Helms (James), daughter   Veronica Campbell, daughter Brenda Campbell Turner (Ed) daughter Helen Brooks (Gilbert)

son Michael Campbell, son Robert Campbell (Michelle), daughter Ruby Campbell, son Keith Campbell (Keisha), daughter in law Dolores Campbell, she also leaves to mourn 22 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and special friends.

Vivian was preceded in death by son Larry M. Campbell, her brothers William and Robert Simpson, and sister Dorothy King.
