In 2000 while in that little town called Babenhause, nat a little bar called Cheers, Chris met Joanna who would become the love of his life. They married and from that union they had one son Andre Eugene. While in New York his oldest son Chris Jr. joined him and remained with him for some time. Chris was a loving husband, father and he loved his family. He was a very caring person who would do anything for anybody. He loved cooking/grilling and all sports (especially basketball and football).

He leaves to cherish his memory; his loving wife, Joanna, three sons: Chris Andre, Andre Eugene and Justin De Vante, three brothers; James, Keith and John and two sisters Shirlita and Selina and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
