Ms. Diane Holt of Silver Spring, MD, transitioned Thursday, September 13, 2018 at The Villages of Rockville in Rockville, MD. Ms. Holt was born September 17, 1950 in Morris Chapel, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Clifford and Sammie Holt. A memorial service will be held for Diane on October 6, 2018 in her hometown of Morris Chapel, Tennessee. Diane retired from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission after over 30 years of service to the U.S. Federal Government. Diane was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. She is survived by four sisters, two brothers, a god-son, numerous nieces and nephews, a host of close relatives, and friends.
