Frederick Leroy Monroe, Sr.

Frederick was born on June 30, 1950 and passed away on Friday, September 14, 2018. Frederick was a resident of Silver Spring, Maryland.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to so many.  He is survived by his wife of 25 years,  Hattie “Nikki” Monroe;  children, Soraya Holmes, Frederick Monroe, Jr. and Toby Green; four grandchildren, Brandon Monroe, Damani Monroe, Devvyn Green and Brooklyn Green; two brothers, James Monroe (Karen) and Leon Monroe (Ramona) and a host of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by a sister Delores Monroe Lea (William).
